Need a £600 Gaming PC

I am planning to build a budget gaming PC and I need it to run most current games and a few games in the future at 60FPS on high quality. The budget can be stretched by about £20 but i would like to avoid this.

I don't want this PC to be able to ultra everything, and I would like a full build(including case and cooling). I prefer air cooling as I dont really trust myself with setting up water cooling.

I would also like the PC to be upgradable. I know that requirements for games increase and I will have to upgrade, so I don't want to buy a whole PC when this happens.

For the graphics card, I would prefer a GTX 760 or above, however not a 780.

Cooling is pretty important to me because on my current PC, the guys who made it fucked up the cooling and the CPU has to keep throttling itself and this makes huge tanks in FPS. For this reason, I would like an after-market cooler that can keep the CPU at a quiet temperature.

If anyone can help that would be great, linking parts form http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/ would be very helpful.

EDIT - This build looks pretty good, any thoughts?

One question, the reviews for the motherboard you linked say that it is not very good for overclocking. Do you think the CPU would need overclocking? If it does, do you think this motherboard would be a better option? http://www.newegg.com/global/uk/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131851

I can't actually find the R9 280 on the web, are you sure it's not 280X? The 280X Seems to be a lot more popular and is around the same price range so I don't know if this is a typo or not. If they are different products is the 280X better?

EDIT - Did some research and found that the 280X is better. I am probably going to replace the 280 with 280X. It should still be compatible with the rest of the components, right?

Actually, do you think Nvidia is a better option for the video card? I have heard that Nvidia gets better performance in gaming and I have heard many good things about GTX 760. It would also fit the £600 budget. What do you think? It should be good if I want to SLI later as well. Do you think that the 280X is better than the 760?

you can't overclock this - its a nice intel option though.
but you have a PSU that can power crossfire 280s. so you can buy another in the future.
buy an SSD in the future. It's not an essential part.

Alright :D Thanks, I've looked through everything, it looks pretty stable. However are you sure 550w is enough for this build? Seems a bit low for the gfx card, however I might be wrong.
