Hi guys can I run Arma 3, like on med-low settings with a stable FPS?
CPU: AMD Phenom 2 3.2ghz
GPU: ATI Radeon 6770
Ram: 8GB

Not sure, as said we don't know your exact CPU.

I think you'd be happier with an older game like Call of Duty 2 or slightly newer. You can even try a DEMO of that before buying on Steam or elsewhere: http://www.fileplanet.com/157205/150000/fileinfo/Call-of-Duty-2-Demo-%5BSingle-Player%5D

(You may not want Call of Duty 2, but it will give you a rough idea of how your system performs. Similar games get progressively more demanding with each new release.)

I've always found the gaming experience very poor if the hardware barely meets the recommended/minimum specs.
