kingsone hyper x ddr3 ram not working in inspiron 580s

i bought kingstone hyper x blue ddr3 4gb ram for my dell inpiron 580s.
i already had simmtronics ddr3 2 gb ram.
when i put them together the loading screen stops.. and windows cant even load.
when i put kingstone ram only ,it loads but shows windows canr load and tell me to launch startup prgramm
and when i run it it shows me iqrl level not equal or less........


what should i do???
what are the compatible rams for DELL INSPIRON 580S ??

how to run memtest???
and my windows is not even loadinggggg
it hangs at the booting screen and shoes me irql not equal or less than error.....
CONFUSED.. HEPL ME BROSSS

MAN plz help meeee...
u tell me the compatible ram for dell inspiron580s.
i inserted kingston 1600mhz it doesnt work
but it worked for simmtronics ram 1333mhz.
is there any problem regarding mhz??

Might contact KingstonHQ here on the site by PM and ask them....Kingston has changed a number of their models of DRAM to use 4 megabit ICs vs 2 megabit, which makes the new sticks incompatible w/ a number of mobos and chipsets, especially the older 1155, 1156, 1366 etc socket mobos, and it's not clearly labeled on the packaging
