CPU: Intel® Core™ i5-4690K 3.5 GHz 6MB

HDD: 2TB (2TBx1) SATA-III 6.0Gb/s 64MB

MEMORY: 8GB (4GBx2) DDR3/1866MHz Dual Channel Memory (Corsair Vengeance)

MOTHERBOARD: ASRock Z97 Pro4 ATX w/ Intel GbLAN, 2 PCIe x16, 2 PCIe x1, 2 PCI, 1 x M.2, 6x SATA 6Gb/s

VIDEO: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 3GB GDDR5 PCIe 3.0 x16 Video Card (EVGA Superclocked)

Of course I plan on playing games like Crysis 3/Tomb Raider on ultra while running software such as FRAPS or XSplit.

You will be fine, however I'd suggest getting a i7 4790K over the i5.

Even if you can't afford a i7, the i5 will still be fine. Though the i7 would be better because you will get extra fps while gaming+recording simultaneously.
