300$ for a whole pc? Some ppl give 400$ just for a cpu :D nah man am afraid you can't at least 800% for a gaming pc but still it wouldn't be enough for decent fps

Something like this, but obviously bought in India:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Pentium G3220 3.0GHz Dual-Core Processor ($59.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: ASRock H81M-DGS R2.0 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($45.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Crucial 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory ($36.99 @ B&H)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($52.91 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: PowerColor Radeon R7 260X 1GB Video Card ($69.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Corsair Builder 430W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($24.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $290.85

Once you add the case (cabinet) and OS, you will be pretty close to the $400 range, but I can't recommend anything less than this.

6gb ram 1333 MHz
500 HDD
circle cabinet
lg DVD r/w
DH55TC MBB

With that money, just get a GTX 750 Ti (should work with old PSU) for about $150 USD, and put that in your old build.
