Making it Cheaper

I am looking to build my first computer. And I want to spend about 1000 dollars. I chose some parts I liked the look of(of the specs not the actual look). And I ended up with about 11 hundred dollars. How could I cut off about one hundred dollars without sacrificing a lot of the specs.

Parts I'm looking at for now

Also when should I buy?
I was thinking to wait for cyber Monday/black Friday but I don't know if I should wait that long. Are there any other sale seasons I should look for?

I am getting an Windows from my father's company's IT service for free

Thanks

Solution
Oh man, your actually spending more money and getting less performance.

Don't get a ivy bridge-e quad core, a haswell i7 will beat any of the ivy bridge quad cores.

Get a intel core i7 4790K, and a cheap $130 Z97 motherboard from Asus or Gigabyte or MSI or Asrock.

Thanks! I'm still very new to the computer parts world and I will definitely look into that processer and mother board. I had assumed that more expensive ment better but I am sure that's not always true. But anyway
thanks again!

That is a very confused build. You opted for a super high end CPU, an expensive motherboard, a mid level GPU, and an expensive low profile cooler. Re-evaluate the CPU/motherboard selection you have based on what you actually intend to do with your system. Also swap the cooler out for a Hyper 212 Evo, it'll save you $5 and give you notably better cooling performance than the low profile cooler you selected.

A very confused build for a very confused builder. I will definitely look into the cooler and revaluate the motherboard (but probably not the CPU). Thank you very much for your advice.
