This DVD won't recognize any DVD disks. If I click on Properties or Format in Windows Explorer, It tells me to insert a disk. Nero won't recognize them the same way. Glary Utilities didn't at first when I tried to do a system backup with a DVD -R disc, gave me an error message, then formatted and started the backup. When it told me to put in a new disc, I put in another DVD-R and it kept telling me to insert a new disc. I'm using Windows 8.1, and the drivers are by Microsoft.
