Problem Booting Computer (Restart after 5 seconds cycle)

When I boot up my computer It goes for about 5 seconds then turns off and continues to do that forever. I have seen posts about this same topic but It seems there computer turns on after a few cycles but mine never does.

Specs:
Intel i7 960 3.2 GHz
Radeon 7970 ghz edition
Asus x58m motherboard
1 ssd
1 hard drive
1 750 watt ocz ZT series power supply
12GB ram

Also no boot beeps or any screen activity

Hmm I tinkered a little and found 2 very small plugs that were not pluges in I did and now it works

This is just a Suggestion - Make double sure everything on the motherboard is completely inserted, plugged in, Locked down & secure..
This happened to me but i noticed that the video card was not all the way connected..
