I am not sure where to find those kind of dimensions? Tis is the case: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E1681...

And the cooler: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E1683...

Also, will I need to get a beefier power supply for this cooler? Or does it not have that much do an impact. I will have the i7 4790k, gtx 760 2gb, 3 total case fans, the asus z97-a mobo. Plus that cooler. Oh and one ssd and one hdd. My power supply is the rosewill tachyon 650 watt.

I have several of those coolers, numerous different 4 and 6 core CPUs. Have you already bought the cooler?
If not, honestly, you're better off with an H80i and a couple of nice fans, eg. Nanoxia Deep Silence. The Phanteks
is a decent air cooler, but the H80i works better overall I found. Also, the Phanteks is seriously big; on many mbds
it comes too close to the back of the top-most GPU.

No it dosent: http://tpucdn.com/reviews/Phanteks/PH-TC14PE/images/CPU...
If it beats the sideon and h100, its going to beat the h80.

And it should fit with ~3-10mm clearance.

I see, so with a h80i I will get better performance? Also will these case fans be enough along with the h80i? Remember I will be overclocking quite a bit. http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E1683...

It depends on the motherboard, but it shouldnt. All graphics cards are the same distance from the socket, as the bulk of the card is below the PCI lane.
