L.S.

I have got a desktop next to me but i bear a screen so i thought i could use my laptop as a screen for this desktop. I'm not sure but i believe VGA is a one way connection but maybe it's possible via USB or HDMI or something. My laptop has Win8.1 on it, the desktop nothing yet.
Any idea is welcome.
Thanks in advance.

PS, I don't know if this is the best category, if not, mod pls move it to better section.

Thanks for response, i've read a similar threat to which you replied the same hehe ;) but that was several years ago so i thought that maybe there is a solution in the meantime. You say, almost, so there is a possibility?
I came across a lot of programs who offer these or similar service, like MaxiVista, ZoneOS, and synergy.
But i don't know which of them can actually make this work, and which is the best to use.
Keeping in mind that my desktop isn't accesible on itself.
Do you have any recommendations? Thanks for your efforts on this site by the way!

I think it's just not possible indeed... Or you would have to do a lot of work. Particularly in my case, where it concerns a PC without an OS it's not possible. For anyone who wants to achieve the same: try MaxiVista or ZoneOS.
