Im overclocking my system and for some reason Prime 95 freezes about 4 minutes into the test my

CPU temperature is low 30-35 while under full load. Im currently @ 4.1 and my cooler is the H100 not the "i" model just the H100.

What could be causing this having to sets of RAM or PUS?

UPDATE: I just double checked I am actually clocked @ 4.2
Core VID @ 1.3

Specs
CPU:AMD FX-6300 Vishera cooler H100
MB:BIOSTAR TA990FXE
GPU:ASUS Radeon HD7790-DC2OC-1GD5
RAM:CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB)
RAM:G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB)
PSU:SeaSonic SSP-550RT 550W ATX12V

Mismatched ram pairs can cause an intensive program like P95 to halt. If everything you do with your rig is running fine on a daily basis, I wouldn't give it a second thought.

When I run the test I pick the option that uses the least amount of RAM does that make any difference?

I doubt it would make a difference.

Try running memtest also.

since you temps are ok that means you are just a click away from being stable.increase vcore a bit and rerun prime 95
