my current build. motherboards ( asus z87 rog hero ) cpu ( i7 4770k ) cpu cooler ( corsair h100i )ram ( Kingston hyperx beast ddr3 2400 2x8 16gb ) graphics cards ( x2 evga gtx 780 sc acx's in sli ) power supply ( cooler master v1000 ) computer case ( thermaltake overseer rx-1 )

I overclocked my i7 4770k @ 4.5ghz, un-core @ 3.7ghz , v-core in bios 1.335v, un-core voltage in bios 1.200v, and I set my vccin 1.980v. I stress tested using aida64 stability test for 6 hours my temperatures were all over the place from 62c to 90c my temperature hit 90c one time. are these results ok ?

90ºC is too much. You should try lower voltages. The CPU shouldn´t go more than 70ºC for a 4770k, Haswell usually run "cold" without OC, but when overclocked, temps usually goes up exponentialy.
