Hi every body
I have recently decided to increase my ram from one stick of (2gb ddr3 1333) to two sticks of the same memory (2Gb ddr3 1333) .But after installing the two rams together the computer didn't boot instantly .When i press the power button, the screen stays in stand bye mode for about one minute Then it boots normally before showing some errors .Some times it boots to windows but shows that there is an error because of hardware change and windows needs to be repaired. And mostly it does not boot to windows and shows "Bad Bios checksum. Starting BIOS Recovery"
My pc spec: MB:MSI 770-C45 Processor : x2 550 Ram : kingston 2(2gb ddr3 1333) Bios:upgraded to the latest ver
Things i have tried :
1-removing the new ram...The computer boots normally
2-Installing the new ram alone...The problem appears ,but when trying the ram on another pc the ram works smoothly with no errors at all
3-Changing ram slots..the problem appears but the time pc takes to post varies from 20 seconds on one slot to 5 minutes on another slot (there is four slots )
Any help ?

immm, i tried different slots and the only thing that changed was the time taken to post...it varies from 20 seconds to 5 minutes
Can this be a bios problem ?
Do you advise to try an older version of bios ?
