I'm not entirely sure how many more FPS you'll get out of upgrading your CPU, however the i5-4670 would most likely provide a significant performance boost over your current A6-3600. The i5 not only has stronger per core performance, but overall is more superior, hence should provide you a better game play experience. Your current CPU is somewhat weak to be honest.

The GTX 650 Ti is ideal with an i5, hence I would advise upgrading. If you're from the United States, you could go with the following:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($219.99 @ NCIX US)
Motherboard: ASRock H97 PERFORMANCE ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($84.99 @...

Total: $304.98
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

I've included the i5-4690 instead of the i5-4670 you initially wanted, since they both cost the same yet the one I've included provides minor performance improvement.

All the best. :)
