I have an I5 4670k CPU and an Asrock z87 pro3 motherboard. When I try to Overclock the my CPU the screen just stays black. When i play games like Tera (which is an MMO), I get random freezes when i Play. My music tends to just have a 1 second freeze at times. I do not have a stock fan. I dont know what is going on, I had this computer for about 1 month now. Please Help.

Could you describe your computer specs? (PSU,CPU,GPU, etc.)
a PSU that is not sufficient at giving power with very power consuming components and overclocking is usually key to frozen screens (gpu overclocking experience) due to voltage levels (which might not be stable with the PSU, and the PSU might also not be able to give continuous supply of power at the same rate)

Also, just putting that out there: Tera is pretty badly optimized and so it might not be your computer at all. Your computer isn't 'broken' or else it wouldn't work.
Did you make this PC yourself, and have you done any cleaning of your computer such as defragmentation; virus checks, cleaning out dust, etc.

Lots of possibilities.

Have you tried changing the voltage at all?

If you overclock much, the CPU will require more power.
Higher clocks will require a higher voltage.

Raise core voltage by only small amounts, eg 0.01v at a time, until the CPU is stable.

Does it work fine without any overclocking?
If so, then these questions could help:
Are you doing the overclocking through BIOS or other 3rd party software?
As mentioned above, did you increase the voltage, since it plays a key role in overclocking?
Is your motherboard one that can support overclocking or is well known for decent overclocking?
