My budget is 500$ i can go over.I would love it if i go under what i need

I need a new GPU
A new CPU
and a PSU to go with it

Can you explain why you need a new processor? You have a good i-5, did you fry it or something? the 280x can easily handle those games and if you paired with a nice psu it will run you under 400$ or a r9 290 w/ psu for under 500$.
280 and 770 near identical performance, but for less. a r9 290 will cost only a little more than the 770 but performs right on par with the much more expensive 500$+ 780 and in half the benchmarks the 290 outperforms 780. For you to get a 280x / 770 + 750w psu is going to be 380$+ and to get a processor better than what you already have will cost you about 300$ just for that. Being that your processor is already pretty good you might as well go up to a i-7 k model or it wouldn't really be worth it.

what resolution are you playing in?

i wonder did he fry his cpu or something b/c to fit into the budget that works but if he plan to replace that processor and its working it would be a downgrade to not just get a high end card w/ psu and use the cpu u got.
