Download and run Afterburner. It tells what temps and voltages you have as well as fan speeds. I doubt your fans are running at 11,000 rpm.

Your cpu and gpu temps are slightly high. But it might be a hot day. When did you last clean out your case?

It doesn't say what fan is what. But no fans run at 8000rpm

You can download and run HWInfo - Sensors and post the results - 3 screenshots on TinyPic or similar. That will tell us what fan is running at what rpm and it will also tell us what temperatures are plus more.

Or as I said - Download and run Afterburner - to check your GPU.

Its dust free, but i think its the thermal paste...and u cant say it cant hit 8.000 because 5 moths ago i could hit 16.000 rpm then it shuts down <.<, and when i play games, it makes so loud noises, from the GPU Cooler..so i think my thermal paste is to old...can the thermal paste made me this problem ?

Pot your build.

Download and run HWInfo - Sensors. Post the results - usually 3 screenshots on TinyPic or similar.

Have you overclocked anything?
