I will be gaming and streaming. I was thinking an i5 instead for the better gaming experience but will that effect the streaming and video rendering and editing aspect?

That psu has got to go for sure. I would not bother with a 32GB ssd. What is your budget?

This would be a lot better for a tad cheaper.

A few notes on your build. swap out the antec one case for the cosair r200 or r300 case. the antec case has fixed lenth for gpu and a lot of the longer cards wont fit. the r200/r300 has the drive bays not there to block the long gpus. save up some money swap out the small ssd use a 120g-240g ssd has the main ssd for your main programs and games. i have 120g intel and with my 7zz sabertooth it takes about 10 sec from cold post to being in window 8. amd fx line is a dead cpu and mb combo. intel is also killing off the 1150 mb the next cpu in a few months on newer chipset is 1151 pins cpu. the haswell and the newer brodwell droping at the end of the year will run on the x97 chipset. the newer cpu will run ddr-4 ram.
i would also with a higher end gpu bump the power supply to a 750w unit. it not the total wattage it the 12v line that you want to have some head room. you dont want to run a power supply near it rated output n the 12v line.

My build would do all of those things very well. Getting a ssd would be your first upgrade. I just can't recommend the 2 year old FXs anymore.

My build is stronger in the cpu and gpu department and it is also more reliable and future proof. The only thing my build really lacks is a ssd, but you couldn't fit it in your budget. That's why I said it would be the first upgrade you would want to make. Your need at the very least a 60-64GB ssd to put windows on, but I recommend a 120-128GB to be safe. 32GB is pretty much useless in a desktop environment unless you are dual-booting.
