Which one is better- Sapphire R7 260x or Leadtek GTX 750ti?

I am not familiar with Leadtek, but I usually stick with Sapphire, ASUS, and XFX. Over the years these brands have proven to be of high quality in all my experiences with them. Over all the systems I've built or repaired, only 1 ASUS GPU had a problem out of the box, but I wasn't surprised considering how it was packaged for shipping by the retailer (loose and bouncing around in the outer box), but ASUS warrantied the GPU quickly and painlessly.

As to the PSU, the VS450 is not 80+ Certified and I wouldn't trust it. I recommend getting at least 80+ Bronze certified PSU's or above. Non-certified PSU's tend to have...
