Batman Arkham City error !!!!!!!!

When I open Arkham City in my pc,
It Says " The Ordinal 43 could not be located in the dynamic library msidcrl40.dll"
But when i opened it From my Friends external hdd on my pc it works!!!!!
I had tried copying the file from there But it doesnt work after copying
Please help me!!!!!!!!

i tried replacing the dll file but still it doesnt work

Uninstall it, restart your machine. If you have any registry cleaning software give that a run (to remove any stubborn references to the game still lingering) and restart again. Then try re-installing the game to a different location
