YES you will be easily able to run these games without lag and your graphics card a good entry level card and the rest system specially your RAM is also fine... if you are to have any problem with your gaming you can change the graphics settings and you'll be good to go
You and I have the pretty much same system and I have played all games ( 2012-2014) with medium to high settings

This^^^ is a total lie, I bought one when I was waiting for a replacement for my 780ti, and the card is not good for gaming at all.

I'm not saying it's s good GAMING card but it's ok for entry level as Radeon entry cards are better than nvidia entry... Atleast this guy should have an HD5570
but I did not lie

Unless you playing in 800x600 resolution, I have an HD5450 and it barely keeps 20 fps at 720p. It's a 30 dollar card man, I don't know where you getting 45 fps in Max Payne maybe 640x480 res?

U can't expect a whole lot from this card you know... But it can sometimes be really cool as for my Case it gives me 45 - 50 fps for max Payne 3 on very high textures and highest resolution for my pc.... and 70 fps is fine but try using my solution for gta IV and other high end games..... Open the side panel and place a table fan at a moderate distance it works trust me ( don't turn the speed on too fast it should be at medium)shud work

If U wanna to Play any of football games it will work fine but any other games U will have to reduce the resolution or details to medium that's the only way ... and there is another idea .. U could sell your card and take another one even it's used like HD 7770 or GTX 650 at about 60-70$ thaat's will be more than good and U can get it less than that price if U ask at more stores and friends
