For some reason, I really want to crossfire r9 290's. But I want to know if an hx750 would do the job

My specs are:

i5 4670k @ 3.4 (May OC later)
8gb corsair vengance
MSI z87-g43
1TB WD hdd
120gb samsung ssd

No gpu at the moment because I'm asking this question before buying.

Thanks for reading :)

Nope. You need at least 850W, especially if you plan to overclock.

No 750 watts is too light , go to 1000w for 2 - 290's.

One of the Best 1000w on the market made by SuperFlower.

R9 290 CF - System Wattage with GPU in FULL Stress = 603W/51 Amps.

A quality 750W like the HX will work, but i'd suggest 850W for more headroom & peace of mind. If over volting or using souped up 290's then perhaps consider going with 950W-1000W.
