Constant Reboot While playing Games

This is my PC

core i5 - 3450 3.1 GHz
1 TB HDD
80 GB SSD
Gigabyte Z77 motherboard

I just now changed my PSU from Corsair VS450 to VS650
Changed my Graphic card from 630 GT to 770 GTX

After changing I am having constant reboots while playing games(Rebooted while playing GRFS and Watch Dogs)

Rebooted after 10-15 mins of gameplay

As I had spent a lot for my GPU.... I am short of money for PSU....... I had to go for the VS 650......
And I found the solution t othe problem.... My computer is working fine with the VS450. the 650 VS was a defective piece .. The games are working fine on my VS 450...... I have to replace the VS650 with a new one.. Dats it
