Then, yes. Uninstall all drivers, shut off the PC, take the 770 out, then put in...

You don't need to uninstall drivers, but it won't hurt to. All you have to do is take it out of the motherboard POWERED OFF AND UNPLUGGED. Make sure you have all static discharged. Take it out and connect it to the new PC before the first boot. Then, boot up the PC. Go to NVidia.com or AMD.com to download the drivers for the card. You could also just use a driver disk. Then, use it as you normally would. If any questions arise or if any problems appear, feel free to tell me or ask.

What I am doing is giving my current PC without my GTX 770 to my brother with my old GTX 650ti that hasnt had new drivers in 1 year and 1 month. Does that matter?

Then, yes. Uninstall all drivers, shut off the PC, take the 770 out, then put in the GTX 650 Ti. Make sure to install drivers for that. Put the 770 in the new PC, then install new drivers. Good luck! :)
