Good enough for Recent, heavy graphic-wise PC Games?

I am going to buy the following PC, and was wondering if there is anything I should change, or if I could get something better for a little more money. This pc will be used for playing the latest, most heavy graphic-wise games, and little more. The PSU, Case, OS and CPU Fan are not included here. I also do not plan to overclock. Thanks in advance.

CPU: Intel Core i5-3470 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: ASRock B75M-GL R2.0 Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
Memory: Kingston 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Video Card: MSI Radeon R9 270 2GB TWIN FROZR Video Card

(The PSU has 460w)

ASRock B75M-GL R2.0 = bad mobo
Intel Core i5-3470 = good cpu
Kingston 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory = better to buy a dual channel kit instead of only one memory stick
MSI Radeon R9 270 2GB TWIN FROZR Video Card = not too bad for medium to high settings

at the least if you overclock the gpu then you'll get 30+ FPS at 1080p on pretty much everything.

Upgraded it.

CPU: AMD FX-9370
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3
Memory: 2x Kingston Fury Series 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Video Card: Geforce GTX 760

PS: I will be playing at 1920x1080.

AMD FX-9370 = overheating issues + instability...instead go with fx 8320
