I use Real_Temp 370 to monitor my CPU. Its a desktop application but works great and can set an alarm or shutdown if your CPU gets higher than a set level.
Can also minimise to tray with a number icon telling your current temperature. great for watercooling incase pump fails.
the ones ive searched for on microsoft store are pay to use or not much good at all.
