I would prefer air cooling, but I will consider liquid if the fan thingy will go on a 120mm fan mount on top of the case.

For air cooling, the http://www.amazon.com/Thermalright-Silver-Arrow-IB-E-Extreme/dp/B00IYS6RF2 is a good option for great performance. For watercooling, the H80i is there with great cooling, better than the Silver Arrow.
