Skyrim Realvision: What fps am I likely to recieve?

Hi,

So I am building a computer with the following specs:

ASUS x79-Deluxe
Intel i7 4960x
(1x) EVGA GTX 780 TI SuperClocked with 3GB vram
64GB ram HyperX
Corsair Liquid Cooling
(Not sure about the chassis yet)
Samsung 28" TN Monitor - U28D590D




And I was wondering if it has the power to run Realvision for Skyrim at 60 fps.

laptops are with mobile gpu's my 770 beats all 800m series so its normal but this 780 will kick the living s*** of this mod but dunno mods req a lot of vram but 3 should be enough.

It requires a gtx of 660 ti or higher 8 gigabytes of ram and intel >= 3ghz

The problem is that I ran this on my Alienware 17 to find that it ran at 20 fps. Am I missing a possible requirement?

If i had your pc i'd be the happiest gamer ever :D but if you can give extra money for 4gb vram it will be nice but still its a beast!
