PSU strong enough

Can a Corsair VS Series 450w power this system :
Intel Core i5 3570 ( not K )
GTX 750 Ti OC Windforce
8GB RAM 1333 MHz
1TB HDD

I heared that Corsair PSUs are very good . Now the Corsair VS Series 450w powers the same system but with and i3 3210 and 4GB at 1333 MHz. Will it handle the system after upgrading the CPU and the RAM?

Yes. It should be enough if you're not OC-ing

The jump you are making is about 22w, your psu will be fine.

My rig uses alot more power than yours and I could still very easily upgrade it with the current PSU.

Just to break it down for you.
i5 3570 = 77w
750Ti = 75w (since it can only use power from the PCI-E bus, 75w is its theoretical max)
Ram = 5w
HDD = 5w
Mobo, fans, etc stuff = 20w

Yes that's plenty, a 750TI and even with a K model OCed CPU would only call for about a 400 Watt PSU with 20 AMPs on the 12 volt rail

So I'll have no problem upgrading from an i3 3210 to an i5 3570 and adding 4 GB of RAM ? Then I'm ordering the components right now ! Thanks for all your help
