Hello. I am looking for an upgrade from my GTX 650 and was wondering if the GTX 750 Ti would be the best upgrade for my $160 budget. Also the length of space for the new graphics card cannot be longer that 10 inches sense thats all the space i got length wise.

You are probably fine with the GTX 650. I would use the money for maybe a Radeon R9 270X or R9 270. That would allow you to run games at Ultra close to 60 fps on most games.
