Will this prebuilt PC be bottlenecking any parts?

I want to play titles such as BF4 (Mantle) and Crysis 3 on Ultra settings with atleast 40+ FPS on Overclocked. Generally first person shooter games 2013-present on Ultra. I also want to know if this can handle Watch dogs. I will be using this PC for multimedia tasking and gaming at 1920x1080p. I will be using the latest Catalyst drivers.

I am getting this for just around £500 including the CiT Vantage gaming case (£500 is my budget)

Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3 Motherboard
AMD FX 6300 Black Edition 4.1Ghz Turbo Six Core CPU
8gb crucial DDR3 1600mhz (2x4) Performance RAM
1tb Seagate Barracuda Sata 6Gb/s 64mb Cache 7200rpm HDD
Samsung 24x SH-224DB/BEBE Sata DVD Writer
AMD Radeon R9 280X 3gb GDDR5 (PLANNING TO OVERCLOCK)
Corsair CX600 80 Plus Bronze 600w Power Supply

Also planning on getting an aftermarket cooler in the future as I am planning to Overclock the CPU and I was wondering will it void the warranty? I am also planning on inserting an SSD with brackets that I already own to install the OS.

EDIT: I do not need anyone telling me to get a PS4 or Xbone or even build my own rig. I simply do not have the time and effort.

There are utilities for overclocking the video card such as MSi Afterburner.

If you consider overclocking get a XFX TS 550 or Antec HCG 620M power supply before considering it. Everything will perform well on stock speeds for a while. Look at the Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO and see if it will fit in the CiT vintage case if you want to cool the FX6300 while it is running turbocore.

Battlefield should be no problem in that system but you wont see Crysis 3 hitting 40 FPS on ultra. I put a 780ti in a build with the same cpu and it averaged 33 to 41. The 290x would be your best bet foe that. You can always turn down AA and AF, it still looks great and gives FPS a significant boost.
