Does someone know a way to switch inputs?

So, basically I have a configuration which involves my my triple screen set up, my xbox, and my pc. I use the middle monitor to game on my xbox sometimes. But, I hate switching between my xbox and pc everyt ime I need to switch. Is there a way I can connect the hdmi wire form the monitor to my pc and xbox and switch the digital signal when needed without actually touching the wires?

Does your middle monitor have multiple inputs? Some come with 2 HDMI, some come with 1 HDMI and 1 DVI, if it has two inputs you should be able to just run two separate cables and just have to hit the input button on the monitor to switch between them.

No I'm actually using a DVI to hdmi converter to my gpu and my xbox. That's why I need a way to split the wire and easily switch between my xbox and pc.
