It started about a month ago. My internet connection would go out and I would have to unplug my modem and my router. Then plug them back in and then it would work. My tower was hard wired and my laptop is wireless both would stop. I decided to get rid of the rental modem and I bought one. It kept doing it a few times a week. I called Comcast and told them it was very intermittent. They sent a guy out, he said it was ok and found no problems. He left and it did it again, so I bought a new router. It is still doing it and the modem and router are less than a week old. I have to do the same thing, unplug both and then turn them back on. Any thoughts? Thank you
