I'm completely new to this, so correct me if I say anything that is wrong!

Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600
vs.
VisionTek 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

To me these seem like the same two memory units, just different brand.... One is a good amount cheaper, so why would I not want the cheapest one right???
