why my usb flash memory become write protect and will not formatted anymore
simply I have copied some files with non english names. this happened after installing windows and before finishing installing language setting. this make the files names in strange characters so I delete them. but they not permanent deleted. the files still in the usb not visible and system can't understand the strange characters so it become for operating system write protect or as write protect. all programs start formatting the flash and at the end it tell me the usb is write protected even hp usb flash format tools
I tried low level format without success
