Could I plug a y splitter from my mother board sysfan2 header and from one of the splits plug a fan. On the other split I would plug in another y splitter, and plug two fans into that.
Also, can I leave the 4 pin sysfan1 header attached to nothing?
I have 3 system fans and they all have female 3 pin plugs. I don't want my fans running 100% 24/7 so that's why I am not making use of the 4 pin header.
By doing what I said I have planned, would i have control of all 3 of my fans?
