Ok so lets begin, configs:

MOBO:M5A78-M LX V2
Cooling:H60 Corsair
CPU: FX 8350
GPU: r9 270x

My issue is, i am getting random FPS drops in-game, so i've researched a lot and discovered that by disabling Turbo Core my system would run much stable, and it did. The thing is, i do want to overclock my bottlenecked CPU, and i am getting weird CPU throttling under full load it is the same issue as the Turbo Core setting enabled.
I've set my 8350 at 4.5 Ghz on 1.38 v and when i ran prime95 the voltage just drops at 55+ C°
Should the system throttle down my cpu frequency at 55 C°? I really don't know what's going on.

That motherboard is your problem. The FX83xx Cpus need at least a 970 chipset motherboard with quality heatsinked VRMs
Overclocking the fx8350 on that motherboard is not recommended. You board has 4+1 power phase & no heatsinks on the vrms.
your vrms should be getting real hot under load & thats whats causing your cpu to throttle.

If you want to overclock, the minimum I'd recommend is the M5A97 Evo r2.

Also, the fx8350 won't bottleneck your 270x, In fact it can handle a 270x crossfire easily
