PC has problems booting

Ever since I built my PC about 8 months ago, I've been having several different issues that I have not yet pinpointed the source to.

- The biggest issue I'm having right now is that when I power on the PC, it will automatically turn itself off, and then turn back on again. During this "reboot", sometimes the computer will post and sometimes it'll power up but not post. I can usually indicate when it will usually post because the power light and the hard drive will light up together, and when it doesn't post, only the power light will light up and the hard drive activity light won't light on. I've tried clearing CMOS countless times, and this will just stop the power light from lighting on, nothing more. I have to then repeat the same process of turning my computer on and off until it successfully boots.

To power on my computer, I have to literally turn it on and see if both the power light and hard drive activity light lights up, since both of them light up when the computer successfully posts (I have observed this). If only the power light lights up, I have to hard shut down the computer and turn it on again until the computer posts. - At first, I thought it was the RAM that was the issue. I ran Memtest86+ 2 times and found errors on both RAM sticks. I replaced the RAM but the posting issue is still there.

- The other issue I am having is that my computer was constantly crashing randomly (freezing up and unable to do ctrl + alt + del) and also constantly getting bsod 124 errors. I've reinstalled windows, monitored my temperatures, and also updated the BIOS version. In addition to that, I've tried booting the PC with built-in graphics to rule out any graphics card issues, but found it didn't solve the issue. Lastly, I've did the paper clip test to see if my PSU was the issue, but the paper clip test yielded successful results.

Computer System Specs:

CPU: i5-4670k
Motherboard: MSI Z87-G45 LGA 1150 Gaming Motherboard
Graphics Card: EVGA GTX 760 OC 2GB
SSD: Seagate 600 240 GB
Hard Drive: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1 TB
PSU: Corsair TX750 750W
Case: Corsair 400R
Memory: G.SKILL Ripjaws X 8 GB (2 x 4GB) - This was the memory kit that had errors on it after running Memtest86+. (Replaced this memory with Kingston HyperX 4 GB stick)

I found errors on the previous ram and replaced it already, but booting issue still persists. However, there has been no blue screens and random crashing ever since.

Forgot to add part of my situation in the post, it is now updated. I do not believe RAM is the issue and suspect that the issue is either the power supply or the motherboard. Someone please reply!
