Hi I can't only use my Internet while vpn is active when it's not I can't open anything or browse tried so many things DNS , Internet options lan setting , reset router , format pc .. no luck and by the way I can connect thro my android phone fine without vpn please help me I can send you whatever information you need thanks .
Make sure your windows is picking up a valid MAC address from your ethernet card. see here http://www.online-tech-tips.com/computer-tips/how-to-change-mac-address/ that link shows it as local address but I usually see this as Network address. Maybe different depending on windows version. ANyway if there is no value in it put a valid address in. It does not matter what it is so long as its valid and not also on your network
