I just need a keyboard/mouse and a monitor tto finish my build
I am debating between
Asus vn247h-p vs benq rl455h

And asus vq82e
If I choose the 144Hz I won't have enough money for my keyboard till next month

Solution
The 280X pushes most triple A games around 50-75fps on 1080p. If you want a >60hz monitor, the ASUS VG248QE is great, actually the best(144hz). I would go for 60hz monitors because i personally don't see much difference above 60 fps and your card won't push triple a games so far. Less demanding games will exceed the 120hz cap actually, but it's up to you.
Have you considered going with 1440p? Because your card can handle it actually.
Also getting a better mouse and keeping your current keyboard is a great idea.

The first question is, does your video card push ~144 fps. If it doesn't and you're happy with 60 fps gaming, i don't see the point in buying an expensive 144hz monitor. Get the ASUS VN247H-P and buy a better keyboard & mouse.
The CM Storm devastator is cheap but has a low quality. Look for something like a CM Storm Xornet/MSI DS100 mouse. If you're budget is too tight, go for the devastator, you can always buy the extra mouse or keyboard later.

Forgot to mention my build
I5 4670k
Z97X SLI
Gigabyte R9 280X
Corsair TX750

I was also thinking if I should keep the keyboard and get a better mouse like cm spawn or logitech g400

I thought I needed a R9 290 to get good FPS on 1440P
Are you sure I can play BF4 with R9 280x, the 3Gb does help
