My question is which graphics card should i buy.

either one is okay. whichever you can get cheaper. I have only owned eVGA cards I hear a lot of good stuff on Sapphire

Get the sapphire one(not really a reason, just that sapphire always makes great amd cards). And yes your motherboard and psu will support it.

The most important thing is to measure the space available for video card installation.

The Sapphire is 8.98 inches and the MSi is 10.24 inches.

Your motherboard has a PCI-E 2.0 slot and your power supply can handle the 270x. I would get the Sapphire since it is cheaper and smaller but make sure that a 9 inch video card would fit.

But if you can fit a 10.24 inches video in your case then the MSi would run cooler but it does cost more.
