I have installed 2 OS, i.e. Windows XP and Windows 8.1.
At first both of OS recognized CD/DVD drive. But after re-booting the windows 8.1, Windows 8.1 did not recognize the CD/DVd drive, where as the drive is still working in Windows Xp.
Please suggest me to resolve the problem
