so i'm not sure why but i'm currently getting 25-40 fps playing league of legends on max settings with a gtx 780. I was hopeing for atleast 60fps and nothing below 50. My fps keeps fluctuating in game and its causing really hard lag. How can i get more fps or make it fluctuate less?

Even an i3 should be able to run LoL at high framerates, assuming it's at least Sandy Bridge. Based on the specs, it's probably an i3-2100, which should allow it to run LoL at 60 fps easily.
It's more likely his PC isn't recognizing the GTX 780 and is using the integrated graphics instead.
okay so i see the same type of input when looking at the back. I switched it from the previous input it was in. I tried the input that was right above the old one i had it attached to. Not sure how to test it or know its the right one of the two
