I'm using INTEL I5 4570 + HYPER 212X ( No graphic card was installed in the cabinet during these tests - Cooling set up : 2 x 140 mm corsair quiet edition; 2 x 120 NZXT 1 rear and 1 top exhaust )

Results at idle ( I'm from India ) 39-40 :

Results during Prime95 - 76:

Now, considering the fact that i have no OC-ed anything with good CPU cooler hyper 212x and no GFX inside and i have just reapplied the thermal paste that came with the cooler master cooler
1. if this is good or bad temps for my rig ?
2. If not ok or bad what should have been the temps for my rig ?
3. what is the max temp my CPU can handle ?

It will be highly appreciated if answered point wise.

Your Ambient is very high, but your Core temperatures are still safe at 76C. The Throttle temperature (TjMax) for the i5 4570 is 100C, but that doesn't mean that it's OK to run it anywhere near that hot. As I mentioned above, 80C is considered too hot for sustained periods of time, so you have no worries at 76C for Prime95 Small FFT's.

1. This is a difficult question. You say that you are from India so I'm assuming It's hot there. This might mean your room temperature is higher which will increase the heat of your computer. As you are stressing the CPU and you are getting around 60C avg and 76C Max, I'd say that is barely OK. It should be lower as you are using good cooling.
2. Can't really tell you what your temps should be as everyone's setup is different.
3. If you download a program called Core Temp, It tells you the maximum temp for your CPU, It's under the title "Tj.Max" http://www.alcpu.com/CoreTemp/main_data/coretemp.png

That is a relief. can you tell me till how much C it is safe and ok for my CPU ?

Also, will you be kind enough to give me the link to an article where i can check things for my GPU - ASUS R9 280X as well ?
