I want to play titles such as BF4 (Mantle) and Crysis 3 on Ultra settings with atleast 40+ FPS on Overclocked. Generally first person shooter games 2013-present on Ultra. I also want to know if this can handle Watch dogs. I will be using this PC for multimedia tasking and gaming at 1920x1080p. I will be using the latest Catalyst drivers.

I am getting this for just around £500 including the CiT Vantage gaming case (£500 is my budget)

Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3 Motherboard
AMD FX 6300 Black Edition 4.1Ghz Turbo Six Core CPU
8gb crucial DDR3 1600mhz (2x4) Performance RAM
1tb Seagate Barracuda Sata 6Gb/s 64mb Cache 7200rpm HDD
Samsung 24x SH-224DB/BEBE Sata DVD Writer
AMD Radeon R9 280X 3gb GDDR5 (PLANNING TO OVERCLOCK)
Corsair CX600 80 Plus Bronze 600w Power Supply

Also planning on getting an aftermarket cooler in the future as I am planning to Overclock the CPU and I was wondering will it void the warranty?

EDIT: Please don't try and talk me into building my own rig. I have neither the time, or effort. Thank you,

If you want to overclock, I recommend getting a better motherboard AND psu. Both are less than average quality. So yes, the mobo and psu will hold you back, the cpu itself is not terrible, but it is 2 years old now. I don't really recommend it either.

Yes officially, overclocking does void your warranty.

I thought so... I won't overclock it seeing how 280X is good enough on its own. Not to mention it would last longer, the same with goes with the CPU. Would replacing the stock cooler with an aftermarket void warranty? I will even replace the thermal paste with a better one.

I recommend this for a better, more reliable, more future proof, and much more fun build. You could easily upgrade it in the future. Adding 4GB more RAM is quick and easy. You could drop an unlocked i5 or i7 in there and have a beast of a system. The FX6300 is old and it's on a dead socket. No upgrade path.

Dual core processor that's unlocked and has been clocked as high as 4.6ghz. You could get 4GB more RAM as soon as you get another £30. It takes like 45sec to install another stick. The best part of the build is it has the best upgrade path possible.

Here is 8GB of RAM in exchange for the cpu cooler. You could always add that later too.

Overclocking the CPU won't do any do good, if you find that your CPU is too hot during the summer then install a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO but it is risky if you move your tower around a lot. The corsair CX series aren't meant for overclocking, take a look at power supplies with 5 year warranties such as XFX and some of the Antecs.
