Hello all!

System specs:
Twin R9 290x's, one monitor plugged into the hdmi port on each card. Fx-9590 cpu, asrock 990fx mobo, 1200w psu.

Either monitor to 2nd (bottom) gpu will not detect.

I have updated drivers, installed and uninstalled each one, tried a different hdmi cable that I knew worked, swapped which monitor went to which card, and made sure the connections were good.

2nd monitor will work for a few seconds right after reinstall of the AMD Catalyst program, but then goes right back to 'no signal' as soon as the install finishes. When I swap out the cords whichever is connected to that gpu does not display. Settings are all the same between the gpu's.

I cannot try these monitors via vga + dvi since my adapters have not arrived yet (and there's no where to get any around here), but I'm pretty sure that the issue lies with the gpu since everything else works.

A solution please? I'm stumped.

Thanks in advance,

i BELIEVE ALL MONITORS HAVE TO RUN OFF PRIMARY CARD, NOT BOTH
