Would I be able to overclock?

Hi there I was wondering whether or not I would be able to overclock using the PSU in this build. My specs are as followed:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670k 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Thermal Compund Arctic Silver 5 Premium Thermal Compound 3.5g
Motherboard: Asus Z97-K S1150 Intel Z97 DDR3 ATX
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (ST1000DM003)
GPU: XFX Radeon R9 280X 3GB Double Dissipation Video Card
Case: Corsair 300r windowed ATX mid tower case
PSU XFX 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply (P1-550S-XXB9)
Optical drive Lite-On iHDS118-04 DVD/CD Drive
Monitor: Benq GL2460HM

Any input would be greatly appreciated, I will not be able to respond after 08:30AM till 17:00PM.
 
Solution
For peace of mind, I'd recommend you go for a 650W PSU; 600W is the recommended amount for an R9 280X. Granted, manufacturers always state higher wattages because they need to account for crappy no-name PSUs that don't deliver the wattages they claim, so a good 550W PSU is probably enough, but there's no harm in giving yourself some extra headroom. Also remember that the R9 280X needs both a 6-pin and 8-pin PCIe connector.
