It's hard to say without knowing your whole spec - but if you put it together on pcpartpicker.com, it will tell you, then add an extra 100W or so for overclocking, and buy a good brand:

an 650w will suffice but the evga currently has a killer price

Price breakdown by merchant: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/tQtjGX/by_merchant/
Power Supply: EVGA 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($89.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $89.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

another best unit would be this

Ok i'll tell you full specs

Processor - Intel Core i7 4770k

Motherboard - MSI A78M-E45 AMD A78 - Want to upgrade motherboard for a full size motherboard what's got 64 GB ram allowed and alot of fan ports

Graphics card - GTX 780

Ram - 8GB Crucial Ballistix Sport

Hard drive - 1TB Western Digital Black

Case - Corsair SPEC-01 - Should i upgrade to a full size case?

CPU Cooler/Fan - Corsair h100i - Would this be good for overclocking the 4770k?

Case fans - Corsair AF120 - I've added these to the h100i as they are very quiet - Should i upgrade? If i do i need quiet don't care about looks

What watt/power do you guys think i'll need and thanks for everyone's help!

650w should suffice. However the EVGA Supernova 750w g2 mentioned by chris, is a very good PSU & for $90 its a great deal.

Also, you might have a hard time fitting the H100i in your case.

Yes. But, only go for a good quality PSU!
You don't want to put the safety of your expensive hardware on the hands of a crappy PSU.

Both are the same cards.
The newegg one is refurbished;
