im going to upgrade my pc with these items http://pcpartpicker.com/p/HYkpmG i will be keeping my gtx 650 and a 500 wat pwr supply. Will i be able to run games at good fps ? I will upgrade my video card soon .? Help!!

Yes it's a decent enough budget chip, you won't find better for the price

You'll need ram and a power supply and a graphics card.

It will be an entry level pc for gaming. But it'll run low detail 1080p at 40 fps on Watch Dogs maybe - http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/watch-dogs-pc-performance,3833-5.html
