I want to overclock my 965BE

I would like to overclock my CPU and I need to help with the Multipliers and Voltages. This is my current setting http://imgur.com/TofQvTP

I was wondering what would be the maximum stable frequency using the Hyper 212 EVO and what voltages I should set it to.

Trial and error, [[up the clocks, test, repeat until crash], up voltages, repeat until one of the following:]
Satisfaction with clock speed
High temperatures
High voltages

Reduce voltage until stress test crash

1.By how much do I up the voltages?
2.Does the 965 have a Max overclock limit?
3.How do I test if the overclock is stable?

1. Usually 0.01 V each time
2. Dunno, but you are unlikely to reach a max OC on safe voltages
3. Prime 95 torture for at least 10 mins and use CPUZ and HWmonitor to monitor your system (you can also use a CPU benchmark afterwards)

Also try for a max of about 1.5 V

My current Voltage is at 1.368V at 3400MHz

What voltage do think would be safe to have the clock frequency at around 3900MHz - 4000MHz ?

Dunno, I can't tell, you may have a good chip, may have a bad one. Start trying.
